                GRAHAM-PATTEN INCREASES SOUNDPALS WARRANTY TO SEVEN YEARS

                    Reliability and Quality Cited in Policy Change

 
GRASS VALLEY, CA.    The ISIS Group, Inc. announced today that the warranty period for Graham-Patten Systems SoundPals units is being increased to seven years, instead of the previous warranty of one year.

“Since we purchased Graham-Patten Systems in 2004, we’ve observed that the SoundPals units demonstrate exceptional performance,” explained Steven Block, CEO of The ISIS Group.  “We’ve always provided a seven-year warranty on ISIS signal management products, and we’re quite comfortable extending the same protection to SoundPals users.  We know that our customers can depend on SoundPals for trouble-free operation for many years, and we want our policies to reflect that quality and reliability.” 

SoundPals is a line of digital audio building blocks providing a variety of tools for professional audio engineers.  SoundPals are used for signal processing, conversion, distribution, test, and de-embedding audio from digital video.  All SoundPals are housed in a compact (5.2” x 1.62” x 6.625”) heavy-duty extruded aluminum housing.  They are used stand-alone in mobile applications, or three units may be rack-mounted in a 1RU frame.  

The new warranty applies to all SoundPals units delivered after March 15, 2007.
