The DMIC-24 combines two low-noise analog mic preamps, 48- volt phantom power supply, and a precision 24-bit analog-to-digital converter in a compact, rugged aluminum enclosure. Input sensitivity adjustment is independent for each channel and adjustable from -20dBu to -60dBu in 5dB steps, to accommodate a wide range of microphone types. Independent LED indications are provided on each channel for monitoring input levels. AES outputs are available on both XLR (AES3) and BNC (AES3id) connectors. The external reference BNC accepts any AES3id input from 30kHz to 50kHz sample rates. Includes internal dipswitch for setting the most significant status bit functions, and internal jumper to set High Pass filter to remove D.C. offset. Use the DMIC-24 to add a mic input to workstations, to record direct to digital multi-track, or for any application where one or two mic inputs are needed on an AES/EBU device.
