The SoundPals™ ADAT-4 provides a simple means for connecting devices equipped with the ADAT eight-channel optical interface to equipment with AES/EBU inputs. Models are available with either XLR or BNC output connectors. The external sync output is switchable between AES3id and word clock. The ADAT-4 offers internal jumpers to set 20/24-bit mode as well as word clock polarity, and an internal dipswitch to set the most significant status bit functions.

Like all of the modules in the SoundPals™ line, the ADAT-4 is housed in a compact, rugged aluminum enclosure.

• BNC sync output, switchable to word clock or AES3id
